Find a comfortable seated or standing position. Tune into all of your senses and start to notice what is around you.
Try to identify:
- 5 things you can see
- 4 things you can hear
- 3 things you can feel
- 2 things you can smell
- 1 thing you can taste
Self-care tip: Mindfulness activities utilizing any of the 5 senses are a great way to GROUND oneself and practice self regulation.
